This notice is published by Sevata under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (§8(9)), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It tells you how to raise a grievance about your personal data or your use of the platform, and how we handle it.

2. How to Raise a Grievance
Email the Grievance Officer with your name, registered contact details, a description of the issue, and any supporting information. For data-principal rights (access, correction, erasure, nomination, or consent withdrawal), you can also use your Privacy Center.
3. Timelines
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days, consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
4. Escalation
If your grievance about personal data is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act. Consumer complaints may be escalated through the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate consumer forum.
5. Sub-Processor Register
We engage the following categories of sub-processors to operate the platform. Sub-processors marked "cross-border" may process limited data outside India under contractual and security safeguards.
